Based on the theory of modern foundation soil science and unsaturated soil mechanics , the author has tried to combine microstructure properties with macro - mechanical behavior of soil consistently . the strength and deformation properties of high - saturated soil have been investigated , and the constitutive model of the tamped soil has been built . these have not been reported in related literatures available , and thus are the innovation of this paper 以现代土质学、非饱和土力学理论为指导，将土的微观结构特性与宏观力学行为有机结合起来，研究强夯后高饱和度地基土的强度和变形特性，建立高饱和度地基土的本构模型，国内外尚未见相关文献报导，这是本论文的创新之处。
